Before stepping into the CMO seat, they spent years in leadership positions at a major New York City academic health system, including as Deputy Medical Director of a 100+ practice, 500+ physician medical group. Led Kaizen initiatives across the ED and Surgical Services, cutting arrival-to-provider time by 78% and arrival-to-discharge by 18%, and built an ED surge-management playbook

Oversees medical staff leadership, credentialing partnership, and medical directorships, and participates in physician group and contract physician negotiations

Built a fully virtual primary care practice inside an academic system and a team-based EHR inbox model later adopted as a system-wide ambulatory standard

Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Associate Professor of Medicine, and principal investigator on funded physician well-being research

Open to large health systems and community hospitals, with onsite, hybrid, or remote structures, and flexible on timing for the right role
