Owns budgets end to end, including cost benefit analyses for expansion and rightsizing recommendations

Writes grants, leads implementation, builds the outcome measures, and reports against them

Builds strategic plans, SOPs, and KPI frameworks, and carries them through to completion

Full HR ownership at scale: recruitment, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and progressive discipline
