Runs patient access and Solution Center operations supporting roughly 12,000 inbound calls per month, managed against abandonment, speed to answer, appointment conversion, and staffing data

Owns capacity and utilization analysis across clinical services, including provider and schedule utilization, cancellations, no-shows, template capacity, and demand, with recommendations going to executive leadership

Operational lead for Epic/OCHIN workflow design, EHR optimization, governance, and implementation

Leads digital health and AI initiatives including ambient AI, patient communications, community resource referral technology, and operational automation, plus the governance around them

Builds the delivery scaffolding for enterprise programs: project plans, workflows, ownership structures, training, metrics, and governance across departments and executive stakeholders

Previously ran multi-site dental services operations with full budget, staffing, and productivity ownership and a team of roughly 30

Three years inside an EHR/IT function doing end-user training, workflow troubleshooting, and system support
