Runs human resources and operations out of the same director seat, so staffing, quality, and compliance are handled as one problem rather than three

Audits personnel files to 100% compliance with state, federal, and CHAP requirements

Conducts clinical chart audits across disciplines for QAPI and CHAP review, and has run quarterly audit cycles that produced implemented process improvements

Owns full-cycle recruitment for all positions and built the new hire orientation and training program

Facilitated biweekly Interdisciplinary Group meetings with medical directors, nurses, pastoral care, and social workers, held to Conditions of Participation requirements

Handles recertification tracking, RN review packet preparation, and monthly Level of Care compliance reporting

Managed daily operations for a home health aide workforce, including scheduling, documentation accuracy, and patient care coordination

Came up through direct patient care as a home health aide, so the operating standards are built from the floor

Working fluency in Epic and MatrixCare

Dual master's preparation in health care administration and applied behavioral science
