Chaired a Clinical Ethics Committee, guiding clinicians through complex ethical cases, and served as facility Patient Rights Representative managing grievances and legal coordination

Partners with executive leadership on strategic decision-making and organizational risk, translating federal and state requirements into operational impact for clinical and administrative stakeholders

Master of Healthcare Administration, and a Master of Studies in Law with an ethics and compliance concentration
